UNESCO deputy director-general pays tribute to victims of AZAL plane crash

UNESCO Deputy Director-General Firmin Edouard Matoko has visited the Permanent Mission of Azerbaijan to UNESCO and paid tribute to the victims of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan, Report informs.

Matoko met with Azerbaijan's Permanent Representative to UNESCO Elman Abdullayev.

He expressed condolences on behalf of the international organization and wrote an entry in the book of condolences.
