Turkish President congratulates Ilham Aliyev on Victory Day

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has congratulated President Ilham Aliyev and the Azerbaijani people on November 8 - Victory Day.
According to Report, Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar made the statement during a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Shusha.
