Turkish municipality mayor: Free Shusha brings Turkic people together and sends peace message to world

These days, the free Shusha brings together all Turkic peoples and sends a peace message to the world, Turgut Altinok, Ankara's Kechioren Municipality Mayor, told Report while speaking about the "Shusha - the cultural capital of the Turkic world - 2023", Report informs.

The municipality mayor noted that within the framework of the "Shusha - the cultural capital of the Turkic world - 2023," it is planned to hold events in Kechioren as well: “Azerbaijan has a different place in our life. There are parks and other places related to the history of Azerbaijan and famous personalities in Kechioren. Events related to the Turkic world, mostly Azerbaijan, are held in Kechioren. It is planned to hold events in our region within the framework of the "Shusha - the cultural capital of the Turkic world - 2023" under TURKSOY.”

Turgut Altinok also spoke about the Karabakh victory and said that he considers it the victory of the entire Turkic world: “Because Mr. Erdogan gave a message to Azerbaijan that ‘we will support you until the end’. Although Europe, America, Russia, Iran, and many imperialist states in the world said ‘you should step aside’, Türkiye stood by Azerbaijan. The Shusha victory gave the Turkic world a great incentive on the way to unity. We pay our respects to our war heroes who won Shusha back to us and commemorate our martyrs with respect.”
