Tashkent to host next meeting of Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan intergovernmental commission

The next meeting of the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan joint intergovernmental commission will be held in Tashkent, Report informs, citing the telephone conversation between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The meeting will take place in early August.

The heads of state noted with satisfaction that all agreements reached during the visit of the President of Azerbaijan are being implemented. It was emphasized that although a month has passed since the visit, an agreement was reached regarding the expansion of cooperation within the framework of reciprocal visits of heads of relevant state bodies in trade, industry, energy, agriculture, and transport.
