There is already de facto peace in the region, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev, wrote on X, Reports informs.
“We had an interesting and intense panel discussion on the South Caucasus at the Antalya Diplomatic Forum,” he stated.
