Shusha and Trabzon become twin cities

The Azerbaijani city of Shusha and the Turkish city of Trabzon have become twin cities.

According to Report, a corresponding memorandum of understanding was signed on the sidelines of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

The document was signed by Aydin Karimov, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district, and Ahmet Metin Genç, Mayor of Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality.

Shusha and Trabzon formalized their cooperation through the agreement.
