Real actions are needed to resolve conflicts in the world, former Ambassador of Libya to the European Union, senior advisor to Saudi Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Farida Allaghi, said at the XII Global Baku Forum, Report informs.
"Women are present in politics, business, and even in technology. We need strong politicians who love their countries. Currently, we are witnessing horrible conflicts in the world. As many as 612 million women live in armed conflict zones. This frightens me. Wars are going on in Europe and the Middle East. I firmly believe that today we need not words, but actions. It is necessary to help women, children, and the homeless, to raise a new generation of active women and men," she added.
