Secretary General of Organization of Turkic States congratulates Azerbaijani people on Victory Day

The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Kubanychbek Omuraliev has shared a post on the occasion of November 8 - Azerbaijan's Victory Day, according to Report.

"On 8th November Victory Day, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the fraternal people, Armed Forces, and Government of Azerbaijan," Omuraliev said.
