Sahiba Gafarova expresses condolences to heads of Russian State Duma and Federal Assembly

Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament (Milli Majlis) Sahiba Gafarova addressed letters of condolence to the Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko and the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, the parliament told Report.

The Speaker of the Parliament stated that she was shocked and saddened by the death of civilians as a result of the tragic incident that took place in the Crocus City Hall in Moscow.

In the letters, the speaker strongly condemned the terrible terrorist act. On behalf of herself and the members of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, she expressed her condolences to the people of Russia, the members of the Federation Council and the State Duma, the relatives of the victims, and wished the recovery to those injured.
