Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu has been awarded a Certificate of Honor.
Russian President Vladimir Putin honored Bulbuloglu for his great merits to the development of Russian-Azerbaijani relations.
Report says, citing TASS, that the official Portal of Legal Information published the corresponding document.
Earlier, the Russian President congratulated the Azerbaijani Ambassador on his 75th birthday.
