Russia intends to open a consulate general in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan in 2024, Grigory Karasin, Chair of the Russian Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs, said during the meeting with his counterpart from Azerbaijan, Samad Seyidov, Report informs with reference to Sputnik Armenia.
According to Karasin, preparations in this direction will begin in the near future.
