President of Suriname expresses condolences to Ilham Aliyev

The President of Suriname, Chandrikapersad Santokhi, sent a letter of condolences to Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev over the crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines aircraft near Aktau, Kazakhstan, Report informs, citing the presidential press service.
