President of Republic of Philippines congratulates Ilham Aliyev

Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, President of the Republic of the Philippines, has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, Report informs referring to AzerTac.

We join the people of Azerbaijan in commemorating this momentous event and your country's achievements, as you continue to pursue peace, progress and prosperity for the nation.
