President of Munich Security Conference Foundation Council: Work on Türkiye’s accession to EU should be continued

It’s a tragedy that Türkiye is not accepted to the European Union (EU), Wolfgang Ischinger, the President of the Munich Security Conference Foundation Council, said at the 8th panel themed “Regional Perspectives: EU and its Neighbors” of the 11th Global Baku Forum, Report informs.
He said that work on Türkiye’s accession to the EU should be continued: "This issue is important not only for Türkiye, but also for Ukraine."
