Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated 16th Supreme Head of Malaysia Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah on the occasion of the National Holiday of Malaysia - the Independence Day, Report informs, citing the press service of the President of Azerbaijan.
