OSCE: Footage of apparent ill-treatment of Azerbaijani soldier in Armenia deeply troubling

The footage of the apparent ill-treatment of an Azerbaijani soldier in Armenia is deeply troubling,the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights said, according to Report.

"The incident should be immediately investigated, helping to ensure accountability for those responsible in line with international law standards," the office said.
