Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt expressed his condolences to President Ilham Aliyev over the plane crash near Aktau, Report informs.
"Sad news out of Azerbaijan. I'm praying for the families impacted and my thoughts are with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in this difficult time," he said on X.
