Mevlut Cavusoglu congratulates Azerbaijan

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has congratulated Azerbaijan on November 8 - Victory Day, according to Report.
"Happy Victory Day to Azerbaijan which liberated its occupied lands after a heroic struggle and thereby created conditions for peace and tranquility in the region. May your victories last forever, dear Azerbaijan!" the minister said.
