Jeyhun Bayramov: Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan-Turkiye format is aimed against security challenges

“This new and unique trilateral platform fits well in with the existing efforts to develop regional cooperation and to address our countries’ shared interests in peace, security and prosperity,” the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, said at the first meeting of the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan-Turkiye dialogue format, Report informs.

According to him, this format of cooperation with the ministers of foreign affairs, economy, and transport will contribute to the expansion of intersectoral interaction, economic-commercial relations, cross-border business activities, and bilateral relations.

Bayramov expressed confidence that the new platform will become a permanent format that will be reviewed in the future.

According to the head of MFA, joint and coordinated efforts to strengthen cooperation are crucial to ensure effective and sustainable cooperation in transport communications based on transport infrastructure development.
