Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Karen Donfried had a telephone conversation, the US side wrote on Twitter, Report informs.
According to the information, he also spoke with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
The parties discussed the situation on the Khankandi-Lachin road.
