Jeyhun Bayramov receives outgoing ambassador of Palestine to Azerbaijan

Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received the outgoing Ambassador of Palestine to Azerbaijan. Nasir Abdul Karim, on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic term, Report informs, citing MFA, Report informs.

Minister Bayramov thanked Ambassador Nasir Abdul Karim for his fruitful diplomatic activity in the country and his contribution to Azerbaijani-Palestinian relations, wishing him success in future activities.

The minister conveyed his congratulations to Abdul Karim on the occasion of the ambassador being awarded the Order of Dostluq (Friendship) by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for his special services in the development of friendly and cooperative relations between the countries and presented the order.

The meeting discussed the issues on the current bilateral and multilateral cooperation agenda between Azerbaijan and Palestine, as well as the regional situation.

Nasir Abdul Karim, emphasizing that he will always remember his term as the ambassador of Palestine in friendly Azerbaijan for nearly 14 years with pride, thanked the Azerbaijani president for awarding him the Dostluq order and for the support he received in his activities.
