The IX Global Baku Forum on "Challenges to the Global World Order" has kicked off, Report informs.
The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, is attending the opening of the Forum.
The Forum is being held under the auspices of President Ilham Aliyev and organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center.
