Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has been presented with a certificate of "Honorary Citizen of the City of Irpin."
According to Ilham Aliyev's post on X, cited by Report, the certificate was presented by Ukraine"s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Yuriy Husyev during the meeting of the head of state with former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko in Baku.
