Armenia shouldn’t follow instructions from others, Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said at a briefing held within the Anatolian-Eagle 2023 military exercise in the central Konya province, Report informs.
According to him, behaving in accordance with the new realities in the region is for the benefit of both the region and Armenia: “Azerbaijan and Türkiye jointly extended a hand of peace to Armenia. Ankara and Baku want Armenia to hold the extended hand of peace. We want peace. Because if this happens, if stability is ensured between Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and Armenia, then if Georgia, Iran and Russia join it, security will be ensured in the South Caucasus. This is for everyone's benefit. We try to explain it.”
