Head of PABSEC mission hails presidential elections held in Azerbaijan

The observation mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (PABSEC) did not record any irregularities during the monitoring of the presidential elections in Azerbaijan, said Konstantinos Vlasis, a member of the OSCE PA observation mission and a member of the Greek Parliament, Report informs.

According to him, the voting process was organized following all the rules: "Citizens of Azerbaijan actively participated in the voting. People's desire to participate in the elections was clearly visible."
