Haber Global calls 12th Global Baku Forum 'the Munich Conference of the Caucasus'

Türkiye's Haber Global TV channel aired a report on the 12th Global Baku Forum, which began its work on March 13.

According to Report, the channel described the event as the "Munich Conference" of the Caucasus and highlighted important messages delivered by both Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the forum.

"Yesterday was the first day of the 12th Global Baku Forum. Both the messages delivered by President Ilham Aliyev and the statements by Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov regarding the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan attracted attention. It is worth noting that an agreement had been reached on 15 out of 17 articles of the peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia. On March 13, Jeyhun Bayramov announced that agreements had also been reached on the remaining two articles," the report stated.

The piece also mentioned that Azerbaijan is expecting Armenia to update its constitution and remove territorial claims against Azerbaijan from its fundamental law. Another issue discussed was the dissolution of the OSCE's former Minsk Group.
