Former Prime Minister of Moldova congratulates President Ilham Aliyev

Chiril Gaburici, Former Prime Minister of Moldova, Member of Nizami Ganjavi International Center, addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Report informs, citing AZERTAC.

The letter says:
