FM Bayramov: Dialogue must remain open in Azerbaijan-France ties

He made the remarks during a meeting with French Ambassador Anne Boullion, who is concluding her diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan.

Minister Bayramov underscored the necessity of maintaining open communication between the two countries despite existing challenges and tensions in bilateral relations.
