Film "Mayotte. Island of Death" to be presented in Baku

The short film "Mayotte. Island of Death" will be shown at the Nizami Cinema Center in Baku, Report informs.

The screening will take place with the participation of public and political figures, diplomats, representatives of scientific circles, heads of NGOs, members of political parties of the island of Mayotte, which is part of the Comoros Islands, overseas territories of France suffering from French neocolonial policy, who will gather in Baku on September 2-3.

During the visit, the guests will hold a number of bilateral meetings.

The event will feature speeches by the executive director of the Baku Initiative Group Abbas Abbasov, a representative of the CBC TV channel, which took part in the production of the film, and other guests.
