Elnur Mammadov to speak about Azerbaijan's foreign policy at National University of Peru

Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov will give a lecture at the National University of San Marcos in the capital of Peru, Report informs referring to the press service of the university.

The lecture was organized by the Center for Asian Studies at the University jointly with the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Elnur Mammadov will present an analysis of the political situation in the South Caucasus and talk about the key directions of Azerbaijan's foreign policy.

The National University of San Marcos is the oldest university not only in Peru, but also in all of Latin America.

The state higher education institution, located in Lima, was founded on May 12, 1551, by decree of the Spanish King Carlos I.
