Elmar Mammadyarov: We don’t recognize any visit to occupied territories of Ukraine and Georgia

Baku. 15 December. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijan issued appropriate statements related to violation of territorial integrity of GUAM countries. We recognize borders of countries in conformity with international regulations.

Report informs, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said at the 9th session of GUAM (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova) Parliamentary Assembly.

He noted that works should be carried out in this direction: “Azerbaijan stated this position with regard to Georgia and Ukraine. For example, Azerbaijan doesn’t recognize any visit to occupied territories of Ukraine and Georgia. I believe that four GUAM members have always to follow this principle with regard to each other. We will raise this question at international events. This is a real policy.”
