It is time for Azerbaijani and Armenian diplomats to return to the negotiating table, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said following the tripartite meeting with the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan in New York.
"Today I hosted direct talks between Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. As I conveyed during the meeting, it is time for troops to disengage and diplomats to return to the table," Blinken tweeted.
