Belgium appoints new foreign minister

Bernard Quintin was appointed as Belgium’s new Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Foreign Trade, and the Federal Cultural Institutions, the Belgian MFA said on X, Report informs.
"We welcome our colleague Bernard Quintin as Belgium’s new Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Foreign Trade, and the Federal Cultural Institutions. He has sworn the oath today Monday, December 2nd," MFA said.
Quintin replaces Hadja Lahbib in his new post.
