"It has been 30 years since establishing diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey," Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said on Twitter, Report informs.
"May our independence be permanent, our friendship unshakable, and our brotherhood always strong!" he tweeted.
