Baku hosting international conference on transnational aspects in legal relations

An international conference on "Transnational Aspects in Legal Relations: Modern Challenges and Objectives" is being held in Baku within the framework of the Turkic Justice Network.

According to Report, nearly 90 representatives from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus are participating in the conference, which is co-chaired by the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Justice.

The two-day conference will feature panel sessions and discussions on topics including asset recovery effectiveness in fighting transnational crime, domestic and international mechanisms in combating environmental violations, improvement of legislation in commercial law of Turkic countries, etc.
