Bajram Begaj: Albania ready to strengthen partnership with Azerbaijan

Albania is ready to enhance its partnership with Azerbaijan, Albanian President Bajram Begaj said on Thursday during the opening of the 12th Global Baku Forum, according to Report.

"Despite the geographical distance, Azerbaijan and Albania maintain close and friendly relations. As the President of Albania, I express my readiness to strengthen this friendship and partnership for the benefit of both nations," he emphasized.

The 12th Global Baku Forum is being held in Azerbaijan from March 13 to 15 and is organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center.

As with previous forums, current and former presidents, prime ministers, ministers, parliamentarians from various countries, and representatives of international organizations are attending the event.

The forum, themed "Rethinking World Order: Turning Challenges into Opportunities," brings together around 400 influential politicians, Nobel Prize laureates, scholars, and experts.

The event focuses on crucial issues such as pressing global problems, multilateral diplomacy, a multipolar world order, the future UN pact, post-conflict reconstruction, and the role of middle powers in the new world order.
