Azerbaijani rep to GRECO holds talks in Ankara

Elnur Musayev, Head of the Prosecutor General's Office's Department for Non-Procedural Proceedings, who heads the Azerbaijani delegation to the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) of the Council of Europe, is on a visit to Ankara, Report informs referring to the Prosecutor General's Office.

The high-level delegation led by the GRECO president held a series of meetings with Justice Minister Yilmaz Tunc, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Bekir Bozdag, Acting Chairman of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors Turan Kuloglu and other high-ranking officials of Türkiye.

Speaking at the meetings, the head of the department Elnur Musayev emphasized the importance of implementing the relevant recommendations, noting that the authority of judges and prosecutors in Turkish society is based on ancient traditions, and ethical principles have been formed over the centuries, based on accumulated experience and values.
