Azerbaijani presidential aide holds talks with Turkish envoy to US

Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, met with Turkish Ambassador to the US Hasan Murat Mercan, Report informs referring to the Turkish Embassy in Washington.

The parties confirmed the fraternal relations between Turkiye and Azerbaijan. An exchange of views on regional issues also took place.

The meeting was also attended by Azerbaijani Ambassador to the US Khazar Ibrahim.
