The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has congratulated Uruguay on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, Report informs.
"Heartfelt congratulations to the people and government of Uruguay on the 30th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Uruguay!" the ministry wrote on X.
