Azerbaijani Foreign Minister: World order collapsing, regional cooperation now necessary

The modern world order is collapsing, creating an even greater need for regional cooperation, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at the panel "Institutionalization in the Turkic World: Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in the 21st Century" at the III Diplomacy Forum in Antalya.

According to Report, Bayramov noted that instability reigns in the world today: "Regional cooperation is now more necessary. Because the world order is collapsing. From this point of view, we can say that the OTS, as an organization, is of great importance."
