Azerbaijani FM receives outgoing Ambassador of Tajikistan

The Foreign Affairs Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov on Saturday received the Ambassador of Tajikistan Rustam Soli in connection with the completion of his diplomatic tenure in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.

The minister noted that the existing historical and cultural links between the peoples of Azerbaijan and Tajikistan have deep roots, they are connected by ties of friendship, close cooperation and interaction based on centuries-old traditions.

The diplomats expressed confidence in the further development of relations between the two countries in all areas, as well as in the fact that these relations will continue to be strengthened within the interests of the two friendly peoples.

Ambassador Rustam Soli expressed his gratitude for the support rendered to him throughout his diplomatic tenure in Azerbaijan.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov wished Ambassador Rustam Soli success in his future endeavors.
