The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, met with the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Helga Schmid, on the sidelines of the Ukraine Recovery Conference, Report informs.
