Azerbaijan, Turkiye in talks on setting up Turkish Consulate in Shusha

Talks are underway between the foreign ministries of Azerbaijan and Turkiye on the establishment of the Turkish Consulate in Shusha, Turkiye's Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci said.
Report informs that, according to the ambassador, the process is always in the center of attention.
