Azerbaijan, Rwanda sign five documents

Five documents have been signed between Azerbaijan and Rwanda.
According to Report, the exchange ceremony of these documents took place on September 20 with the participation of Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev and Rwanda's President Paul Kagame.
