Azerbaijan presents to ICJ its observations related to Armenia

Azerbaijan has presented to the ICJ its observations on the Preliminary Objections raised by Armenia in the case concerning the application of the ICERD (Azerbaijan v. Armenia), Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov wrote on X (formerly Twitter), Report informs.

“Armenia’s violations of the ICERD fall squarely within the ICJ’s jurisdiction,” he wrote.
