Azerbaijan appoints new representative to UNESCO

Fakhraddin Ismayilov has been recalled from his position as Azerbaijan's Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe.
According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev signed a relevant order.
By another presidential order, Ismayilov was appointed Azerbaijan's Permanent Representative to UNESCO.
At the same time, Elman Telman Abdullayev was recalled from his position as Azerbaijan's Permanent Representative to UNESCO.
