Azerbaijan appoints new ambassador to Turkey

Rashad Mammadov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Turkey.
According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.
