"Our initial goal is the opening of the Zangazur Corridor. There is a positive dynamic in this issue: a document on railways will be signed, and negotiations are underway on the highway," Farid Shafiyev, chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations, said at a press conference on the results of the organization's annual activities, Report informs.
"In any case, the head of state gave the relevant message. However, we have consistently observed surprises in the Armenian society, especially I would like to note the events of 1999. However, we should not show excess optimism," he noted.
