UEFA announces exact time of quickest ever goal in Baku

Baku. 16 September. REPORT.AZ/ The UEFA has recorded the exact time of the fastest ever goal during 1st round match of the Europa League group stage between Qarabağ and Czech Slovan.

Report informs, the match in Baku was just 10.69 seconds old when Sýkora struck for Czech visitors Liberec.

It was the quickest goal in the Europa League. It shaved over two and a half seconds off the record set by Vitolo for Sevilla against Villarreal last year. The Dutchman scored after 10.12 seconds for Bayern München against Real Madrid in the 2006/07 round of 16.
