UEFA admires the fair play example of Kapaz FC player

Baku. 15 December. REPORT.AZ/ UEFA Fair Play and Social Responsibility Committee sent a letter to Kapaz football club. 

Report informs, an original of the letter which signed by the Committee chairman Peter Gilliéron was sent to Kapaz football club, a copy to AFFA.

The letter admires the fail play behavior of Kapaz FC player Victor Osegeyl on the match with Qarabag that took place in Ganja stadium in the XI round of Azerbaijan Premier League.

In the 26th minute of the match the referee showed 11-meter penalty after confrontation between Victor Osegeyl and Qarabag goalkeeper Ibrahim Šehić in penalty box, but Osegeyl approached to referee said there was no foul against him and referee canceled his penalty decision. 

AFFA informed UEFA Fair Play and Social Responsibility about the footballer’s act loyal to the principles of fair play.
